Bookwire takes over international eBook distribution from dtv

Frankfurt a. M., 6 August 2018 – Frankfurt digital services provider Bookwire makes another gain in international distribution:dtv Verlagsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG is handing over its entire eBook portfolio to Bookwire for distribution in all relevant shops outside the EU.

The contract between Bookwire and dtv covers distribution of the entire catalogue in eBook shops in all countries outside the European Union (EU).

Shops supplied by Bookwire for dtv include global players Amazon, Apple, Kobo and many more, as well as the relevant library aggregators (including Bibliotheca, Odilo, Overdrive Library), and shops with high market penetration in the individual countries (including Tagus Books, Hipertexto, Wook).
